- removed "ESMTP" from the suggested smtpd_banner value. Following the lead of other, more paranoid admins (and things like the new smtp auth attacks) decided this is now best

- mentioned sending NDRs on spam is a good idea, but not a MUST
- give an option to have spam dropped into a local folder, instead of forwarded on to the internal server
- several other cosmetic and editing changes, esp to the last sections of the doc.
- created a link/reference to the OpenBSD HOWTO at lawmonkey
- explained the necessity to copy resolv.conf and hosts files to the postfix chroot for future network config changes (thanks Charles C!)

- added caveat on razor's "make test" command - may produce errors but install still goes fine. Gave option to skip "make test"
